Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bevor wir die Stellung der wirtschaftlichen Selbstverwaltung im Staat bestimmen können, müssen wir die beiden einander gegenübergestellten Begriffe „Selbstverwaltung“ und „Staat“ klarstellen. Die Abschnitte über den Begriff und die Gliederung der wirtschaftlichen Selbstverwaltung haben dazu gedient, den verwendeten Begriff der wirtschaftlichen Selbstverwaltung zu umschreiben, abzugrenzen und zu differenzieren. Der Begriff des Staates, der den abschließenden Überlegungen zugrunde gelegt werden soll, muß aber noch bestimmt werden.
