Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Angelpunkt der russischen Wirtschaft liegt in den Exporten. Solange die Sowjetregierung nicht imstande ist, sich genügend große ausländische Finanzkredite zu beschaffen, solange nicht Waren im Vertrauen auf die Regierung und die Währung unbegrenzt lange kreditiert werden, wird die Sowjetregierung in ihrer wirtschaftlichen Stabilität ausschließlich auf die Höhe ihrer Exporte angewiesen sein.
