Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auf dem Gebiete des Handels hat die Vergesellschaftung nicht dieselbe Ausdehnung erfahren wie auf jenem der Industrie. Wir unterscheiden in der Hauptsache drei Gruppen von Vereinigungen, nämlich: 1. die Erwerbsgesellschaften oder Vereinigungen zum gemeinsamen Betriebe von Handelsgeschäften, zu denen die älteren Handelskompagnien und die verschiedenen Arten der neueren Handelsgesellschaften gehören, 2. die Konzentrationen oder Vereinigungen zum Zwecke gemeinsamer Regelung der Handelstätigkeit, welche den in der Industrie so starken Gedanken der Kartellierung und Vertrustung auf das Gebiet des Handels verpflanzen, und 3. die Interessenvertretungen oder Vereinigungen zur Vertretung der Interessen des Handels auf öffentlich-rechtlichem Gebiete, wie die kaufmännischen Vereine und Handelskammern.
