Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beim Bestreben, ein Ziel zu erreichen, sind im allgemeinen drei Aufgaben zu bewältigen. Die erste Aufgabe besteht in der Auswahl und Formulierung des Zieles. Sobald das Ziel formuliert ist, entsteht die zweite Aufgabe — die Koordinierung des Zieles mit den vorhandenen Einflußgrößen, die Berücksichtigung der einwirkenden Bedingungen. Die dritte Aufgabe besteht sodann in der Auswahl und Realisierung einer solchen Methode, die es ermöglicht, unter Beachtung der bestehenden Einflußgrößen das Ziel womöglich optimal zu erreichen.
