Abstract

Zusammenfassung Menschen tun bevorzugt, was ihre Bedürfnisse befriedigt und ihnen damit Erfolgserlebnisse bringt. Auch erfolgreiches Lehren erfordert daher ein Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse und Interessen der Adressaten. Interessen tragen zur Motivation, d.h. zum „Lernenwollen“, bei. Als Lehrer, Trainer oder Vortragender müssen Sie — um Erfolg zu haben — einige lernpsychologische Grundlagen kennen und aus diesen Konsequenzen für Ihre Lehr- und Trainingsmaßnahmen ziehen. In diesem Kapitel werden wir darum vorerst einige Probleme der „psychologischen Seite“ des Unterrichts, insbesondere Fragen des Lernens, erörtern.
