Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Leser dieses Handbuches soll, soweit es sich um den bau- und maschinentechnischen Teil der Molkereien handelt, weder zum Molkereibaumeister noch zu einem Konstrukteur für Kraftanlagen oder Molkereimaschinen ausgebildet werden; denn stets wird es die Aufgabe besonders geschulter Fachleute sein, das Molkereigebäude nebst seinen Einrichtungen dem Molkereifachmann schlüsselfertig zu übergeben.
