Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einem großen Unternehmen (Konzern) bildet jeder Teilbereich eine für sich abgeschlossene, unternehmerische Einheit. Insofern müssen besondere Gründe dafür vorliegen, Funktionen zentral für alle Bereiche zusammenzufassen, soweit es sich nicht um offensichtlich konzernspezifische Aufgaben, wie Bilanzierung, Finanzierung, etc. handelt.
