Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine gute Verhandler*in werden Sie nur durch – Überraschung! – viel verhandeln. Erfahrung verbessert Performance – bei allen Menschen. Und: sie reduziert Geschlechtsunterschiede in der Verhandlungsperformance. Soll heißen: Je erfahrener eine Frau im Verhandeln ist, desto weniger unterliegt sie den Rollenstereotypen mit ihren negativen Konsequenzen. Um diese Erfahrung zu sammeln, braucht es Möglichkeiten, Anreize und erste Erfolge. Wenn Frauen beispielweise zu „genderkongruenten“ Themen verhandeln, haben sie bessere Ergebnisse.
