Abstract

Zusammenfassung Prinzipiell gibt es viele Parallelen zwischen gutem Verhandeln und guter Führung. Sowohl gute Verhandler*innen als auch gute Führungskräfte müssen wissen, was sie wollen und worum sie bitten können. Und sie müssen sich während der Bitte dazu legitimiert fühlen, diese Bitte stellen zu dürfen.
