Abstract

Zusammenfassung Global-Leadership erfordert eine Vielzahl von Fähigkeiten, Kompetenzen und Einstellungen, um in einer zunehmend vernetzten und komplexen Welt erfolgreich zu sein. Selbstreflexion ist dabei ein entscheidender Schritt, um die eigenen Stärken zu erkennen und Entwicklungsfelder zu identifizieren. Die folgende Selbstanalyse bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre persönliche Eignung und Bereitschaft als Global-Leader zu bewerten. Diese soll Ihnen dabei helfen, ein tieferes Verständnis Ihrer eigenen Denk- und Verhaltensmuster zu erlangen und bewusster mit den Anforderungen einer globalisierten Arbeitswelt umzugehen. Es geht nicht darum, in allen Bereichen perfekt zu sein, sondern darum, sich selbst besser kennenzulernen und gezielt an den Bereichen zu arbeiten, in denen Sie Wachstumspotenzial sehen. Nutzen Sie diese Gelegenheit, um Ihren persönlichen Entwicklungsweg als Global-Leader zu starten. Die Interpretation des Ergebnisses finden Sie in Abschn. 3.2.1 .
