Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Herausforderungen der Führung im globalen Kontext benötigen einen strukturierten Ansatz, um diese Komplexität systematisch aufzulösen. Die Führung selbst stellt dabei bereits einen multidimensionalen Ansatz dar, der die Führungskraft, die Mitarbeiter und das Umfeld einschließt. Das Global-Leadership-ModellGlobal-Leadership-Modell (GLM) ist die Antwort auf die Komplexität, um Führungskräfte in ihrer Entwicklung zu Global-Leadern zu unterstützen. Mit den 5 Dimensionen Kultur, Beziehungen, Perspektive, Prozesse und Transformational Leadership schafft es einen umfassenden Blick auf die Führung im globalen Kontext. Das vorliegende Kapitel behandelt dieses Modell und alle seine Dimensionen, damit Global-Leader auf dieser Basis für sich und Ihre herausfordernde Führungsaufgabe die notwendigen Ableitungen treffen können.
