Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Format zur Durchführung des Anwendungsworkshops ist bewusst kompakt gewählt. Umso wichtiger ist es, eine konkrete Ablaufstruktur vorzubereiten. Der nachfolgend dargestellte Überblick bietet zusammen mit dem jeweils angegebenen Zeitbedarf eine Orientierung, damit drei IterationsschleifenIterationsschleife für die Erstellung des geplanten ReleasesRelease während eines eintägigen Workshops durchgeführt werden können. Schritt für Schritt wird der im Kap. 2 vorbereitete Tool- und MethodeneinsatzMethoden nachfolgend entlang des zeitlichen Ablaufs detailliert beschrieben. Dabei werden die Ergebnisse der einzelnen Etappen dargestellt und die stufenweise Entwicklung der eingesetzten Boards beschrieben. Abschließend gibt es noch einige Hinweise zu der in Kap. 2 bereits thematisierten Erstellung eines Product BacklogsProduct Backlog im Rahmen einer optionalen Workshop-Sequenz.
