Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aus Faktenwissen soll Erfahrung im agilen Kontext entstehen. Dazu sind einige Vorüberlegungen sowie eine gute Vorbereitung auf das kompakte Workshop-Format notwendig. In der Interaktion mit den Teilnehmern bleibt wenig Zeit für Spontanität, wenn es um den Einsatz geeigneter Tools und Methoden Methodengeht. Die Zielsetzung muss also klar formuliert und die Workshop-Planung daran ausgerichtet werden, damit nicht das Erklären, sondern das Erleben agiler Arbeitsweisen im Mittelpunkt steht. Sind die Möglichkeiten bei der Raumauswahl limitiert, ist es hilfreich, die entscheidenden Anforderungen zu kennen. Dieses Kapitel bietet deshalb einen Überblick über sinnvolle Tools, die als Mindestanforderungen zu verstehen sind, damit Teilnehmer die Arbeitsweisen und Planungsprozesse angemessen erproben können. Darüber hinaus gibt es Anregungen zu geeigneten Materialien sowie eine Empfehlung zur Entwicklung des Product Backlogs, das vorbereitet zu Beginn des komprimierten Workshop-Formats bereitgestellt wird.
