Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Workshop soll Faktenwissen praktisch angewendet werden. Über grundlegende Begriffe sollte deshalb bereits im Vorfeld Einigkeit bestehen, um Missverständnissen vorzubeugen. Allerdings verfügen die Workshop-Teilnehmer erfahrungsgemäß über recht unterschiedliches Vorwissen. Um unter vergleichbaren Voraussetzungen in den Workshop zu starten, sollten daher die begrifflichen Grundlagen und konzeptionellen Ansätze allen Beteiligten frühzeitig zur Verfügung gestellt werden. So können sie sich mit den wichtigsten Fachbegriffen rund um das Thema Projektarbeit, den unterschiedlichen Vorgehensweisen in Projekten sowie dem Framework Scrum auseinandersetzen. In diesem Sinne werden nachfolgend die relevanten Begriffe erläutert und im Projektkontext eingeordnet. So sind auch diejenigen gut auf die Anforderungen des Workshops vorbereitet, die bisher noch keine oder nur wenig Erfahrungen in Projekten sammeln oder sich noch nicht ausreichend mit den Grundlagen befassen konnten.
