Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entwicklung zum Project-Leader ist vergleichbar mit einer langen Reise. Noch bevor man die Reise antritt oder ein Ziel definiert, beantwortet man für sich die Frage nach dem Warum. Warum möchte ich verreisen? Warum möchte ich mich zum Project-Leader entwickeln? Erst dann kann man ein Ziel festlegen und die Reise antreten. Auf jeder Reise gibt es Abenteuer, Umwege, unvorhersehbare Situationen. Sensitiv dafür auch in der Reise zum Project-Leader zu sein ist essenziell. Die künstliche Intelligenz ist hier nur eines von vielen Beispielen, die die Reise zum Project-Leader erschweren oder aber auch erleichtern kann. Das Ankommen wird belohnt. Mit (Project-)Leadership erhält man die Möglichkeit, viel Positives in Organisationen zu ermöglichen. Viel Erfolg in Ihrer Transformation zum Project-Leader.
