Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Project-Leader steht im Zentrum eines jeden Projektes. Mit seinen vielfältigen Rollen und den weitreichenden Kompetenzen schafft er es, Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen. Die unterschiedlichen Rollen als Visionär, Stratege, Innovator und Kommunikator und andere unterstreichen die Vielseitigkeit. Herausforderungen, die mit einem breiten Set an Kompetenzen, bewältigt werden. Führung im 21. Jahrhundert beinhaltet eine aktive Beschäftigung mit dem eigenen Mindset und der kritischen Betrachtung der eigenen Verantwortung. Als Project-Leader wendet man agile Methoden wie auch Coaching an, um das Projektteam zu unterstützen. Man agiert in allen Situationen der Führung als Vorbild. Die klassische Führungspyramide wird auf den Kopf gestellt – servant leadership anstatt command & control.
