Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einer starken Lernkultur wird Wissen quer durch die Organisation und mit allen Interessierten geteilt, Menschen werden in ihrer Expertise sichtbar und Verbindungen zur Zusammenarbeit werden geschaffen. Ganz in diesem Sinne wuchs bei der Deutschen Telekom aus einer zunächst kleinen Initiative die Lern-Community und Lernplattform „Learning from Experts“ auf 20.000 Mitglieder und ein Vielfaches an Nutzern. LEX bringt informelles, selbstorganisiertes Peer-to-Peer-Lernen auf ein außergewöhnlich hohes Niveau. Im Interview mit Shakil Awan von der Deutschen Telekom erfährst du mehr.
