Abstract

Zusammenfassung Auszubildende haben heute ganz unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen, Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungsziele. Auch die Anforderungen der Arbeitswelt ändern sich stetig. Die Ausbildungsabteilung der Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim hat darum einen besonders innovativen Weg gesucht, um Nachwuchskräfte fit für die Arbeitswelt der Zukunft zu machen – und gefunden. Das einzigartige Konzept nennt sich Personalisierte Ausbildung und wurde bereits von der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg und von der Industrie- und Handelskammer ausgezeichnet. Im Interview mit Frank Fillinger, Leiter der Kaufmännischen und IT-Ausbildung, und Julia Pollnow, die das Konzept wissenschaftlich begleitet, wird die Personalisierte Ausbildung vorgestellt.
