Denken wie ein Forscher – die Lern- und Coaching-Kata

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Praktische Lernkompetenz bedeutet, in und an der Wirklichkeit zu lernen und zu wachsen. Entwickeln können wir praktische Lernkompetenz, indem wir Denk- und Handlungsmuster des Lernens einüben, denen eine Lernhaltung sowie wissenschaftliches, evidenzbasiertes Denken zugrunde liegen. Eine wirkungsstarke Methode, um praktische Lernkompetenz zu stärken und Unternehmen in Richtung lernende Organisation zu entwickeln, ist die Kata-Methode (basierend auf Mike Rothers Toyota Kata): Mithilfe eines griffigen Modells und unterstützt durch einen Coach verinnerlichen wir mit der Kata-Methode die Denk- und Handlungsmuster des Lernens, während wir im Businessalltag Probleme lösen, Hindernisse überwinden und am Erreichen unserer Ziele arbeiten.
