Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kapitel 6 bis 12 sind neu in der zweiten Auflage. In „Gespräche über Veränderung“ kommen Führungskräfte zu Wort. Aus ganz unterschiedlichen Perspektiven teilen sie Erfahrungen zum Thema Change: „Change is my Life“ sagt Michael Groß, Olympiasieger im Schwimmen, Kommunikations- und Change-Berater. Wie ist das bei einer wirklich großen Veränderung in einem Unternehmen – Byung-Hun Park zu „Change@Viessmann“, einer Profession – Anke Anderie zu „Change@HR“, oder einer Branche – Martina Witzel zu Change@Pharma“? Dazu eine spannende Begegnung: David Hillmer im Gespräch zu „Change meets Agility“. Und abschließend ein Blick auf die Methode selbst: Patrick Kinzler zu „Change@Theorie U“.
