Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ich wollte wissen: Was denkt ein Theorie U-Praktiker der ersten Stunde? Und darum geht es im „Gespräch über Veränderung“ mit Patrick Kinzler: Was ist das Starke an der Theorie U? „Design und Tiefe“ ist – kurzgefasst – seine Antwort. Und wo gibt es vielleicht Ansätze für eine Weiterentwicklung? Seine Antwort, wiederum in a Nutshell: Mehr Methoden für die Tiefe, mehr Fokus auf den Facilitator und mehr Anwendbarkeit im Businesskontext.
