Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es ist an der Zeit, dass sich das betriebliche Wissensmanagement mit der Künstlichen Intelligenz auseinandersetzt. Und das bedeutet, dass das Feld der Diskussion verlassen wird und die Verantwortlichen konkret werden. Der Einsatz von KI muss nicht als Wunderwaffe verstanden werden, vielmehr müssen Stärken und Schwächen konkretisiert werden. Dabei geht es dann wiederum nicht um die Prüfung und Darstellung von Möglichkeiten, sondern um den Einsatz der KI in der Praxis des Wissensmanagements und vor allem um die Umsetzung. Diesbezüglich gehört es dazu, sich einen Einblick in die Mechanismen, Verfahren und Methoden der KI zu verschaffen. Aber im Rahmen dieser Annäherung steht ja nicht im Vordergrund, das Programmieren zu erlernen, sondern zu verstehen, wie KI Daten managt, Beziehungen zwischen Daten herstellt und wie maschinelles Lernen funktioniert. Das alles hat auch einen Fokus, nämlich auf die Sprachmodelle und die Verarbeitung natürlicher Sprache.
