Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn wir ans Werk gehen, die KI für die Praxis tauglich zu machen, gilt es, nicht nur Möglichkeiten zu sammeln und zu bestaunen, sondern das Brauchbare, Nutzbare bzw. Mehrwertige ins Auge zu fassen. Daraufhin steht dann das Machen an. Erst die Praxis und die Erfahrungen, die im Kleinen gemacht werden, bringen den Einsatz der Künstlichen Intelligenz voran. Um das Wissensmanagement in Verknüpfung mit der betrieblichen Kommunikation zu bringen, nutzen wir die Sprachmodelle. Auch hier stehen nicht die großen, beeindruckenden Modelle im Vordergrund. Der Pragmatismus zielt auf die Ergänzung und Erweiterung von Sprachmodellen, weil damit das domänenspezifische und aktuelle Wissen erfasst wird.
