Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wissen mit KI zu managen, das hat einen strategische und/oder einen operativen Ansatz. Die Wirkung und den Nutzen von Künstlicher Intelligenz wird in diesem Zusammenhang am augenscheinlichsten, wenn die Stellen für den Praxiseinsatz sichtbar werden. Diese praxisbezogene Zielrichtung sowie die konkreten Anwendungsmöglichkeiten werden im Weiteren unter operativem Wissen subsumiert. Das muss für die Umsetzung in der Praxis aber weiter differenziert werden, was in der Folge bedeutet, dass Entscheider genau wissen, wo und wofür KI im Wissensmanagement zum Einsatz kommen soll.
