Abstract

Zusammenfassung Soll Künstliche Intelligenz in das betriebliche Lernen eingebracht werden, kommt man nicht umhin, vorab auf die Eckpunkte und deren Wesen zu schauen, um daraufhin die Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) einzubeziehen. Kommt KI ins Spiel, droht allem drumherum die Aufmerksamkeit entzogen zu werden. Daher wird auf dem Weg hin zum Einsatz der KI noch einmal genauer hingeschaut, wie alles zusammenwirkt und wie KI nützlich sein kann. Im Abschnitt zur Operativität wird erfasst, wie KI mit Wissensorganisation, Wissensmanagement sowie Qualifizierung in Zusammenhang gebracht werden kann und was operative Bausteine beim Einsatz der KI sind.
