Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das 9. Kapitel dieses Buches räumt schließlich jeden Zweifel aus, dass Beidhändigkeit ein unmögliches Unterfangen sei. Das letzte Interview in diesem Buch schaut durch die Brille des Juristen. Gemeinsam mit Prof. Roderich Thümmel, der Rechtsanwalt, Lehrbeauftragter und selbst Mitglied in Aufsichtsräten und Beiräten ist, erörtern wir die Frage, ob die wachsenden Risiken, Regularien und Rahmenbedingungen es Aufsichtsräten schier unmöglich machen, sich auf die Zukunft zu konzentrieren. Der Jurist verneint vehement. Es ist eine These, der er nicht zustimmen kann.
