Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 6 vertieft das Thema der technologischen Transformation und die Rolle von Aufsichtsräten und Beiräten in einem disruptiven Umfeld. Der Praxisbericht stammt von Sabine Eckhardt, Aufsichtsrätin und langjährige Vorständin im Umfeld großer Veränderungen der Medienbranche. Sie erklärt, warum es bei Disruption nicht mehr ausreicht, nur das Kerngeschäft weiterzuentwickeln. Denn während die einen Unternehmen sich einfach nur modernisieren, revolutionieren neue Marktteilnehmer gleich die ganze Industrie – Beispiele zeigen die aktuellen Entwicklungen der Künstlichen Intelligenz.
