Abstract

Zusammenfassung Kap. 3 taucht ein in die Praxis der Aufsichtsräte und Beiräte und untersucht, wie Ambidextrie in der Gremienarbeit Anwendung finden kann. Wir treffen den Berufsaufsichtsrat Eberhard Veit. Er ist Inhaber des Unternehmens „4.0-VeIT“, einem der größten Aufsichtsratsbüros in Deutschland. Eberhard Veit ist langjähriger Experte für Corporate Governance in Familienunternehmen und seit vielen Jahren in zahlreichen Aufsichtsgremien aktiv, u. a. als Aufsichtsrat der Robert Bosch GmbH. Er erklärt, warum Ambidextrie ein Schlüssel für die Gremienarbeit in Zeiten des Wandels ist und wie er Beidhändigkeit in seiner Arbeit im Beirat und Aufsichtsrat nutzt.
