Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Arbeit im Procurement (Einkauf) ist gekennzeichnet durch hohe Autonomie, Anforderungsvielfalt und soziale Unterstützung. Durch Arbeitsorganisatorische Probleme und Unterbrechungen kommt es vereinzelt zu Problemen in der Zielerreichung. Homeoffice und Digitalisierung haben in dieser Tätigkeit zu einem Rückgang von Unterbrechungen und dadurch auch zur Reduktion von Arbeitszeiten geführt. In der Folge lassen sich positive Auswirkungen für die Work-Life Balance prognostizieren. Das informelle Lernen wird durch den Wegfall informeller Gespräche reduziert, was sich langfristig auf die Arbeitsleistung auswirken könnte.
