Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für eine gelingende Zusammenarbeit zwischen Mediationsteam und Kund*innen in der Mediation oder anderen mediativen Dienstleistungen braucht es Kompetenzen von beiden Seiten. Von den Anbieter*innen erwarten die Kund*innen zurecht Erfahrung und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Konflikten oder hinsichtlich der Vorbeugung von Konflikten. Allerdings braucht es auch einige Voraussetzungen seitens der Auftraggeber*innen und der Beteiligten, damit das gemeinsame Werk gelingt. Welche Erfahrungen im konkreten Anwendungsbereich hat das Mediationsteam, sodass ausreichend Vertrauen seitens der Kund*innen entstehen kann? Welche Verträge und Vereinbarungen braucht es, um eine solide rechtliche Grundlage für die Zusammenarbeit zu schaffen? Und wie groß ist die Bereitschaft, sich bei der Bewältigung anstehender Krisen von externen Expert*innen führen zu lassen? Eine gewissenhafte und selbstkritische Betrachtung der hier angeführten Kriterien kann helfen, den gemeinsamen Mediationsprozess auf eine gute Basis zu stellen.
