Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wirtschaftsmediation hat sich durch Qualifizierung, ethische Standards, Verhaltenskodizes und Normen weiterentwickelt, und wird zusehends aus der Sicht der Anbieter*innen und Nachfrager*innen wahrgenommen. Der weltweite Trend zur Standardisierung hat damit auch vor den mediativen Dienstleistungen nicht Halt gemacht. Wirtschaftsmediation verlangt eine eigenständige Diskussion über Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätsstandards und Reifegrad. An welchen Qualitätsstandards können sich Mediator*innen und Berater*innen bei der Erbringung der mediativen Dienstleistung orientieren? Wie wissen Kund*innen, was sie bei einer effektiven, qualitätsorientierten Wirtschaftsmediation erwartet? Wie kann ISO 20700 bei mediativen Dienstleistungen der Wirtschaftsmediation berücksichtigt werden? Die Antworten darauf sollen mehr Wissen und Transparenz schaffen, was Wirtschaftsmediator*innen leisten und was von ihnen erwartet werden kann.
