Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Soziale Innovationen sind soziale Praktiken oder Organisationsmodelle, die darauf abzielen, tragfähige und nachhaltige Lösungen für die Herausforderungen unserer Gesellschaft zu finden“ (BMBF 2023). Sie befassen sich damit, wie wir in Zukunft zusammenleben, arbeiten und unser Miteinander noch besser organisieren können. Sie zeigen, mit welchen neuen Prozessen, Organisationsformen, Verhaltensweisen und Arbeitsformen wir gesellschaftliche Herausforderungen wie den Klimawandel oder den demografischen Wandel meistern können. Damit tragen sie den sich wandelnden Bedürfnissen der Gesellschaft Rechnung.
