Abstract

Zusammenfassung Projekte werden von Menschen gewonnen, leider wird dies immer noch zu wenig verstanden. Menschen sind keine Maschinen, auch wenn viele Manager das (noch) nicht wahrhaben wollen. Das Thema „Gefühl“ wird ausgeblendet, obwohl Emotion uns steuert. Gefühle sind einfach nicht C-Level-tauglich. Aber warum entscheiden wir uns für einen Kooperationspartner, für ein Unternehmen, für einen Job schlussendlich immer auf der Beziehungsebene!? Warum gibt es Netzwerke und warum gibt es den Spruch „Kontakte machen Kontrakte“?! Erfolgreiche Projekte werden von Menschen umgesetzt, damit dies gelingt, ist Kommunikation ein wichtiger Erfolgstreiber in Projekten. Kommunikation, Feedback benötigt Empathie und eine gute Portion an Reflexion und die VUCA-Welt fordert uns Menschen auf, immer resilienter zu werden.
