Abstract

Zusammenfassung Skalierbarkeit ist heute in aller Munde, Prozesse End2End gedacht, freie Kapazitäten können durch die Digitalisierung und durch ein passendes ERP-System ermöglicht werden. Die Implementierung eines ERP-Systems deckt auf, zeigt auf, wo Veränderung sinnvoll, effektiv und effizient ist. In der Regel ist jeder Fachbereich im Unternehmen davon betroffen und damit einhergehend ist es von zentraler Bedeutung, Prioritäten zu setzen und entsprechende Abhängigkeiten zu erkennen. Analyse, Planung, wo soll die Reise mittels eines neuen ERP-Systems hingehen? – Das alles sind wichtige Fragen und Faktoren für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung. Steht das ERP-Projekt an, bedarf es erstmal einer passenden Software, sofern noch nicht vorhanden, darauf folgen weitere Fragen, wie soll implementiert oder migriert werden – alles im allem ist solch ein Projekt eine große Challenge!
