Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Beteiligten, wie auch das Management, das Board, warten sehnlichst auf News – wann geht es denn endlich los!? Verständlich, wo jedoch noch alles orchestriert und vorbereitet werden darf und muss, benötigt es eine Vorbereitungsphase. Noch dazu, wenn sich im Laufe der Vorbereitung noch einiges ändern kann, wäre es mit Kanonen auf Spatzen geschossen, ein Steering Committee einzuberufen, wenn vieles einfach noch zu planen ist. Hier wäre es sicherlich sinnvoll, das Management im Vorfeld dafür zu sensibilisieren – das Gras wächst nicht schneller, wenn man daran zieht. In der Planung eine offizielle Vorbereitungszeit einzuplanen und zu kommunizieren, ist für ein erfolgreiches Projekt jeglicher Art von Nutzen.
