Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vom Scheitern der Projekte über die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten: Im Grunde sind es einfache und klare Faktoren, die zum Projekterfolg führen, wer sie einhält, kann mit ERFOLG rechnen. Dass Projekte so einige Bergetappen in sich haben, ist jedem oder sollte jedem klar sein. Dennoch, wenn ein Projekt sorgfältig „aufgesetzt“ wird und die wichtigsten Faktoren passen, dann läuft es auch – wie am Schnürchen! Passen die wichtigsten Parameter, haben Sie immer noch mit der ein oder anderen Unwägbarkeit zu kämpfen, die es zu lösen gilt – also räumen Sie zu Beginn Ihren Rucksack auf und beladen diesen dann strukturiert, effektiv und effizient!
