Abstract

Zusammenfassung Was wir alle in der Coronapandemie gelernt haben, erweist sich inzwischen als große Chance für die Zusammenarbeit. Gerade in der Kommunikationsbranche hat sich das hybride Arbeiten, also die Mischung aus Remote Work und Büroarbeit, weitgehend durchgesetzt. Die Menschen haben gelernt, neu und anders zu arbeiten – und sie werden es nicht mehr verlernen, vor allem weil es sich bewährt hat. Vertrauensvolle Zukunftsführung bedeutet aber nicht nur, den Mitarbeiter:innen neue Freiheiten zu gewähren, sondern auch, deren individuelle Situation im Blick zu haben, um Gefahren wie die Vereinsamung im Homeoffice zu vermeiden. Ein guter Weg ist es, im Unternehmen neue, feste Rituale zu schaffen: ein gemeinsames Essen, eine Morgenroutine, einen festen Teamtag. Rituale, die einen festen Rahmen für die kreative und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit bilden.
