Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel wird die transformative Reise einer Führungskraft durch ein intensives 9-tägiges Coachingprogramm des UCN-Netzwerkes dargestellt. Das Coaching widmet sich den Herausforderungen des Führens – im Alltag und im Rahmen einer Veränderung – und analysiert dabei auch die emotionale Seite dieses Prozesses. Durch verschiedene Übungen und Diskussionen lernt die Führungskraft, wie unterschiedlich Menschen Veränderungen erleben und wie wichtig Kommunikation im Veränderungsprozess ist.
