Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer sich Gedanken über die Veränderungen der eigenen Führungswerte in Richtung Gemeinschaft, Sinnhaftigkeit, Menschlichkeit und Werteorientierung macht, bekommt in diesem Artikel einige Inspirationen und Impulse, angereichert mit konkreten Beispielen. Es ist ein praktischer Erfahrungsbericht und basiert auf meiner sehr persönlichen Geschichte. Ich möchte zu persönlichem Reflektieren und zu Veränderungen inspirieren. Statt theoretischer Langatmigkeit steht lebendiges Wissen und emotional Erlebtes im Mittelpunkt. Daher sind Stories, Anekdoten und Best-Practice-Beispiele eingewoben. Ich möchte euch als Leser dazu einladen, Verantwortung für Wachstum und Weiterentwicklung für euch und eure Organisation zu übernehmen und den täglichen Herausforderungen im persönlichen und im Arbeitskontext auf eine neue Weise zu begegnen.
