Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist eine hochkomplexe Angelegenheit. Personen mit Führungsverantwortung sind mitunter ein wenig wie Schachspieler. Sie sollen nicht nur einen Zug machen, sondern gleich ein paar weitere mitdenken. Rationale Entscheidungen sind in ihrer Entscheidungsfindung von größter Wichtigkeit. Aber gleichzeitig sollen sie auch empathische Psychologen, sympathische Psychotherapeuten, Freunde und strukturierte Strategen sein. Dafür plädiert zumindest Torben Knye in seinen 5 Appellen für gute Führung.
