Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es gibt ein Wirkungsgefüge zwischen den Faktoren Konflikte, Mediation, Unternehmenskultur und Fachkräftebindung, da sie miteinander in Beziehung stehen und sich gegenseitig beeinflussen können. Das ist komplex und anstrengend. Mit Mut und kleinen Schritten sich den Dissens als Partner für den Erfolg an deine Seite zu holen, wird Wunder in deinem Leben bewirken. Sollten Konflikte eskalieren, bist du nicht machtlos. Du weißt dir zu helfen. Ob mit Mediation oder anderen Konfliktbegleitungsverfahren: Ob selbst oder mit Unterstützung von außen, du hast Optionen und Kapitulation ist keine Alternative. Denn eines ist klar, den Kopf in den Sand zu stecken, verbessert die Aussicht auf Erfolg nie.
