Abstract

Zusammenfassung Es braucht Freiraum und Offenheit, damit die WIR-Intelligenz in einem Team angezapft und wahrgenommen werden kann. Ich beschreibe eine neue Form des Miteinanders und der Zusammenarbeit in Teams. Voraussetzung ist der eigene Mut, sich selbst Freiraum zuzugestehen und sich zu öffnen für neue Denkräume und Vorgehensweisen. Anhand einer Übung, die ich mit dir teile, wird es für dich möglich, Freiraum mehr und mehr zuzulassen.
