Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Sätze wie „Könnt ihr meinen Bildschirm sehen?“ oder „Könnt ihr mich hören?“ als Einstieg in eine virtuelle Präsentation dienen, dann ist es höchste Eisenbahn, über die eigene virtuelle Rhetorik nachzudenken. Deine virtuelle Rhetorik umfasst Aspekte wie die Worte, die du wählst, die rhetorischen Mittel wie Analogien, Metaphern, Storytelling und Pausen, die du nutzt oder die Strukturierung dessen, was du sagst. Auch die Gestaltung von Präsentationen und die Verwendung von visuellen Elementen sowie die Körpersprache in Online-Meetings gehören dazu. Du kannst als virtuelle rhetorische Mittel zudem Tools wie das virtuelle Handheben nutzen. Last, but not least wird deine virtuelle Präsenz wesentlich durch deine positive Grundhaltung unterstützt. All das kannst du nutzen, um deine gewünschte Botschaft zu übermitteln. Mit ein paar kleinen Tricks fördern wir so gemeinsam effektive Teamarbeit. Klingt gut, oder?
