Abstract

Zusammenfassung Allein über „Horrorgeschichten“ in Online-Meetings könnte ich ein ganzes Buch schreiben. Ein paar Geschichten möchte ich in diesem Kapitel mit dir teilen. Im Folgenden findest du außerdem eine Mischung aus Studien und meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen zu verschiedenen Aspekten, die zur Ineffizienz von Online-Meetings führen. Meistens sind die Unternehmen, die offline bereits eine ineffiziente Meeting-Kultur haben, auch online nicht besser. Ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass schlechte Online-Meetings am Ende daraus resultieren, dass die Kalender zu voll sind, die Menschen müde sind und es „menschelt“. Hier gilt es also, eine positive Veränderung zu bewirken. Ich möchte dir helfen, Zeitverschwendung zu vermeiden und Online-Meetings sinnvoll zu nutzen. Los geht’s!
