Zusammenfassung Die Chancen und Vorteile von Online-Meetings liegen auf der Hand: Online-Meetings erlauben es uns, spannendere internationale Projekte anzugehen, ohne reisen zu müssen. Sie stellen das zentrale Kommunikationsmittel in unserer digitalen Welt dar. Online-Meetings ermöglichen räumliche und zeitliche Flexibilität in unserem beruflichen Alltag. Doch wieso machen sie uns müde und frustrieren oft? Dieses Kapitel deckt die grundlegenden Fallstricke für ineffiziente Online-Meetings auf. Ich gebe dir Studien und praktische Tipps an die Hand. Lerne die Wichtigkeit von Veränderung auf individueller, aber auch organisationaler Ebene kennen: Der erste wichtige Schritt, um endlich raus aus deinem Kalender-Tetris zu kommen!
