Abstract

Zusammenfassung In meinem Buch präsentiere ich einen strukturierten Ansatz zur Verbesserung von Online-Meetings, der sich über drei Ebenen erstreckt. Zunächst ging es um die individuelle Ebene, danach um die Teamebene, mit Fokus auf gemeinsame Regeln und Vereinbarungen, um Multitasking zu minimieren und fokussierte Arbeitszeiten zu schaffen. Abschließend betrachteten wir die Organisationsebene zwecks Erkundung ganzheitlicher Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Qualität von Online-Meetings und Projekten. Der Ansatz zielt darauf ab, dir Wege aufzuzeigen, wie du die Anzahl der Meetings reduzieren und die verbleibenden effizienter gestalten kannst. Erachte das vorliegende Buch als einen Wegweiser zu Mehrwert in deinen Online-Meetings.
