Abstract

Zusammenfassung Du hast es bald geschafft. Dieses Kapitel behandelt die Rahmenbedingungen für die positive Meeting-Kultur basierend auf den Ansätzen von Frederick Taylor (1911) und Elton Mayo (1949). Es wird diskutiert, wie Taylors Fokus auf Effizienz und Standardisierung und Mayos Betonung der Mitarbeitermoral und Gruppendynamik die Teamarbeit und Führung beeinflussen. Ich möchte dir zeigen, dass es kein Richtig oder Falsch gibt, sondern du am Ende entscheiden musst, welches das ideale Umfeld für dich persönlich ist. Darüber hinaus zeige ich dir am Ende die Meeting-Strategien verschiedener erfolgreicher Unternehmen wie Shopify, Tesla, Amazon, Google und Apple. Mal sehen, was du dir dort abschauen kannst.
