Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die meisten Unternehmen funktionieren immer noch nach den traditionellen Prinzipien: Hierarchien, strenge Vorschriften und Kontrolle sind an der Tagesordnung. Das ist aus mehreren Gründen Nonsens: Mitarbeiter, die ständig überwacht und kontrolliert werden, verlieren mit der Zeit die Motivation zur Eigeninitiative. Sie stecken ihre Energie nicht mehr in Kreativität und Innovation, sondern in den Widerstand gegen das System. Es ist weitaus produktiver, sich in einer konstruktiven Kommunikationskultur auf die Stärken jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds zu konzentrieren und diese gezielt zu fördern. Die einfachen Fragen lauten: Was kann Ian gut? Wo kann er am besten mit seinem strategischen Denken helfen? Was macht Emma aus? Wo kann sie im Team am besten unterstützen?
