Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Veränderung hin zu effizienten Online-Meetings findet auf drei Ebenen statt. Es beginnt bei dir, auf der individuellen Ebene, wie in vorangegangener Abb. zu sehen. Diese Selbsteinschätzung lädt dich ein, verschiedene Aspekte deiner Arbeit auf einer Skala von 1 bis 10 zu bewerten. Es geht um Kriterien wie dein allgemeines Wohlbefinden, die verbrachte Zeit in Online-Meetings oder die Zufriedenheit mit deiner beruflichen Leistung. Diese Selbsteinschätzung dient dir als Bestandsaufnahme. Sie hilft dir, deine aktuelle Situation zu reflektieren, Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu erkennen und effektiver in Online-Meetings zu kommunizieren. Nimm dir einen Moment Zeit, um ehrlich zu antworten. Entdecke dabei, wie du deine Arbeitsweise optimieren kannst. Deine Antworten werden dir in den nächsten Kapiteln noch von Nutzen sein.
