Abstract

Zusammenfassung Schau mal in deinen Kalender. Wie viel freie Zeit hast du? Wann kommst du zum Arbeiten? Hast du Raum für kreative Gedanken? In diesem Kapitel beleuchte ich die veränderten Bedingungen durch vermehrtes Homeoffice. Ich gebe dir eine Studie von Narayan et al. (2021) an die Hand, die zeigt, dassbeireduzierterzeitlicherÜberschneidungim Team die Arbeitsproduktivität zu untypischen Tageszeiten, wie spät abends oder nachts, steigt. Diese Erkenntnis legt nahe, dass Teams nicht durch starre Überwachung und Kontrolle, sondern durch Vertrauen und Flexibilität gefördert werden sollten. Individuelle Arbeitszeiten erlauben es den Teammitgliedern, ihre Aufgaben dann zu erledigen, wenn sie am produktivsten sind. Das Kapitel zeigt dir auf, wie du zu Deep Work und meetingfreier Zeit kommst.
